POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sales Administrator provides support to the sales team by performing a number of day-to-day
sales tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for customers.
? Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
? Develop a relationship with clients by providing accurate, timely service.
? Promote the development of new business by reaching out to prospective customers,
participate in marketing events.
? Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED:
? Strong customer service skills.
? Computer savvy, ability to use Microsoft office and our sales database
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Dependable.
? Ability to think critically and think outside the box.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE:
? High school diploma or GED.
? Experience in sales and/or administrative support role for at least 2 years.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
? Transportation sales or customer service experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability
to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
*Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
*Full time position. Schedule with some flexibility is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
