Job Description

Working closely with the Director of Operations. The shift is Wednesday through Sunday (off Monday and Tuesday). The starting time could vary from 7am-9am (8 hours) with a 30 or 60 minute meal break.

  • Assist Charter Operations in confirming daily schedule for drivers
  • Prepare all driver paperwork and ancillary items for field operations (drivers orders)
  • Learn and update business information platform (RBS)
  • Interface with frontline staff, assisting where needed
  • Learn and take responsibility for environmental compliance submissions and paperwork
  • Investigate and resolve customer service issues, in tandem with training department
  • Update policy and procedure documents as needed
  • Serve as conduit between operations and other departments
  • Perform quality control of driver appearance, timeliness, and punctuality
  • Approve employee time cards and time off request in ADP
  • Occasionally coordinate logistics on location of major events
